Spiral bevel gears (also known as spiral-tooth bevel gears) are used for motion and power transmission between two intersecting shafts. The gear teeth are distributed on the conical surface, gradually tapering from the large end to the small end, ensuring smooth meshing and low noise operation. They are particularly suitable for high-load and high-precision transmission applications (such as heavy machinery, aerospace, and automotive differentials).

We can manufacture large-scale forged, cast, and welded gears according to customer drawings. Depending on working conditions and client requirements, we also provide additional processing services including gear grinding, surface hardening, carburizing and quenching, nitriding and quenching, and other treatments.

1.Raw Material Forging

Materials: The gear body is made of high-hardenability, high-quality low-carbon alloy carburizing steels such as 20CrNiMo, 22CrMo, and 20CrMnTi.

Heat Treatment: After carburizing and quenching, the surface achieves high hardness and wear resistance, while the core remains strong and tough, with excellent low-temperature impact toughness.

2.Machine Tools

CNC Precision Machining Equipment: CNC precision machine tools and an experienced CNC operation team ensure high-precision gear manufacturing.

3.Inspection Equipment

Core Inspection Equipment: Coordinate measuring machines, gear measurement centers, various hardness testers, microscopes, electronic tensile material testing machines, etc.
