Precision boring:
Heavy rusted metal component is clamped on a boring machine bed. The vertical spindle enlarges pre-drilled holes to exact dimensions, achieving smooth surfaces for high-pressure sealing applications.
Equipment installation:
The installer is using tools to perform the bolt tightening operation on the compressor cylinder.By tightening the operation, the connections of each component in the cylinder body become more stable and the sealing becomes more reliable.
Pneumatic test:
The technician will do a pneumatic pressure test on a large industrial component with multiple flanges. Using a gauge attached via hose, he verifies structural integrity and leak-tightness in compliance with safety standards.
