Production Process

 

1. Material--

Large OEM Rod Arm,Lever ZG20 Steel for rolling mill transimission component.
Shaft- 20 steel forging,
Jaw plate - Q235(20 Steel plate)metallurgical bearing housing/block/chock can be produced by forging or casting.Common used material is 35CrMo,42CrMo,casting gray Iron, ductile iron, chrome bearing steel GCr15 or other customized material.
 

 

 

2.Heat Treatment--Quenching and tempering

After QT,we can guarantee the whole hardness of the large Rocker arm and mechanical property.

  

Qulity Control

 

 

Size inspection--by using different measuring tools to inspect all dimensions of the large Rocker arm to ensure that these dimensions are the same as the drawings.
