Fully customizable, covering module 3-20, diameter ≤1500mm, ideal for mining machinery, construction vehicles, marine propulsion systems, and other heavy-duty applications.

Zero-Backlash Straight Bevel Gear Sets utilize CNC spiral bevel cutting + profile modification, achieving dynamic transmission error ≤1 arc-minute. Ion nitriding enhances wear resistance, while laser-aligned bore keyways ensure mounting accuracy (±0.005mm). Compliant with ISO 23509/DIN 3971 standards, widely used in wind turbine pitch systems, industrial robot joints, aviation ground support equipment, and other high-precision industries.

1. Material Preparation

   • Alloy steel bar ultrasonic testing
   • Precision saw cutting (±0.5mm length tolerance)

2. Forging Blank

   • Closed-die forging (grain flow optimization)
   • Isothermal normalizing for stress relief

3. Rough Machining

   • Turning reference surfaces (runout ≤0.03mm)
   • Center drilling (for subsequent machining datum)

4. Gear Cutting

   • 5-axis CNC bevel gear milling (Gleason/GK series)
   • 0.2-0.3mm grinding allowance

5. Heat Treatment

   • Carburizing depth 1.2-1.8mm (930°C controlled atmosphere)
   • Oil quenching + tempering (core hardness HRC 32-38)
